A German warhead manufacturer TDW and Australia's Department of Defence have signed a letter of intent to produce high-tech cruise missiles in Australia. The agreement was witnessed by both nations' defence ministers at Amberley Air Base in Queensland, where German military officials also inspected Australia's new autonomous Ghost Bat fighter jets. The Ghost Bat aircraft are scheduled to join the RAAF's arsenal in the coming years.
