Consumer group Choice compared prices of 17 popular school lunchbox snacks across major Australian supermarkets. Aldi emerged as the cheapest option at $75 for the basket, while Woolworths and Coles both charged $90, and IGA was the most expensive at just over $100. The selection included items such as cheese slices, yoghurt and multi-pack chips.
