Founded in the mid- 2010s, Girls Who Grind sources all its coffees from women producers, with a focus on driving more visibility and representation for women across our industry.


In this thought-provoking conversation, Casey discusses her mission, unique business model, and why she prioritises sourcing based on relationships and stories. Casey also highlights the importance of speaking to consumers in a language they understand, and shares her goal to make coffee more inclusive, celebratory and accessible to all.
