#5amMesterScrum Show #550 Live - Rushing to "Complete" Sprints for Wrong Reasons - Today's topic: (1) I was watching my son get upset for not getting his homework done (besides working non-value add like video games/youtube). It quickly reminded me of so many scrum teams going crazy to "Complete" a sprint: rushing testing, asking for part credit on points or splitting stories. But why the rush are we landing on Mars or putting ads for Superbowl or launching a new market tomorrow? It is artificial Stress that we give ourselves. Where is your nightly CI/CD or DevOps as they should help reduce stress.
