I asked the service manager if they could do a diagnostics as I was worried about traction and also the A/C unit because it would turn off when it was on max fan. The manager said their was no time for that because it was only scheduled for certain service checks. After being dissatisfied with that I ok then we will schedule a future date for the checks. At the end of the appointment the service person said the brakes needed work and they could do that, but yet there was no time for a diagnostic. Plus the metric report provided at the end made no mention of recommended work and even checked off the A/C as green. Well that is the classic watermelon. Green report but nonfunctional product.
