掃除茅舍滌塵囂，一炷清香拜九霄。
萬物迎春送殘臘，一年結局在今宵。
生盆火烈轟鳴竹，守歲筳開聽頌椒。
野客預知農事好，三冬瑞雪未全消。
這首詩描述了除夕之前，許多人心裡都祈禱著一年就要過去，希望明年更好，所以家家戶戶大掃除，點上清香向上天感恩和祈福，接著貼春聯，準備年菜，除夕一家人要好好的吃頓年夜飯。火盆裡的竹子爆裂聲，搭配著圍爐桌上晚輩對長輩的敬酒，農人們知道明年會是個豐收年，因為雪下得好大，而瑞雪兆豐年不是嗎 ?
