This week I am joined by Summer (@jennifersummerashley) - a stripper and a practicing lawyer …… What? Like it’s hard?…… When she isn’t stripping in clubs across Western Canada, she teaches aerial arts and works on putting together dance and circus projects. She was called to the BC Bar in 2015 and takes on a limited amount of criminal defence work. We talk: the best places to dance in Canada, working as a lawyer while being a stripper, transferable skills we gained through dancing, misogyny within the legal field, and being a proud & out stripper and lawyer.
