She is a certified Holistic Health Coach and she is also qualified in Trauma informed care, coaching & somatic breathwork facilitation. She has a special interest in supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals experiencing complex health and mental health issues, as well as those navigating or recovering from challenging life events and circumstances. We also discuss PTSD and the effects and treatment available.
