หลายคนคงเคยได้ยินการโอ้อวดแบบถ่อมตน หรือ Humblebrag มาบ้าง โดยเฉพาะในโซเชียลมีเดีย ซึ่งจากงานวิจัย พบว่าการกระทำลักษณะนี้ไม่ช่วยให้อะไรดีขึ้นเลย ดังนั้นพยายามหลีกเลี่ยง Humblebrag หรือไม่ก็โอ้อวดออกมาตรงๆ น่าจะดีกว่า
