เราต้องแบ่งเรื่องนี้ออกเป็น 2 ประเภท
.
1.Feedback ไม่ว่าจะแรงแค่ไหนก็ตาม
ถ้าอยู่ในกลุ่มนี้ถือว่าเป็นของที่ดีทั้งสิ้น
เช่น ไม่ชอบสินค้า ทัศนคติของเรา
แต่เป็นคำแนะนำที่ให้เราไปปรับปรุง

2.Noise ไม่มีประโยชน์อะไร
เอาไปทำอะไรต่อไม่ได้ เช่น ใส่อารมณ์เกินไป
ในตอนนี้จะมาพูดถึงการจัดการกับคอมเม้นประเภทนี้
