โดยบทความนี้จะพูดถึง ความไม่แน่นอน 3 ประเภท
และแนะนำวิธีรับมือ 2 แบบคือ
1.Cognitive กระบวนการทำความเข้าใจกับตัวข้อมูลที่เราอยากรู้ หรือที่ได้รับมา
2.Emotion พาร์ทของอารมณ์ เวลาเราได้รับข้อมูล ไม่ว่าจะเยอะหรือน้อย
แต่ถ้ามาในช่วงวิกฤต เราจะรับมือกับความรู้สึกเหล่านี้อย่างไร
