About David Ounanian
David Ounanian, "Agent David O", is a real estate agent and investor in St. Louis, Missouri. He attributes his superstar lightning-fast success in achieving true financial independence to Mike's book "Landlording On AutoPilot." While working 10yrs in his "IT" corporate job, David felt trapped.
In 2017, he bought his first investment property and in 2019 he kissed his corporate job goodbye. David shares his amazingly simple strategy on how he found his new home for his family without using the MLS.
