Joe Friedrich is a former long snapper at the University of Northern Iowa who created Long Snapping Lifestyle (LSLS) as a school project. It has since turned into a nationwide teaching and promotional platform for long snappers and coaches. Friedrich and Dan Lundy talk about LSLS, special teams, and much more.
