Freddie Capshaw is one of the finest punters in the University of Miami's history. He is a two-time All-BIG EAST selection (2000 & 2001), four-time BIG EAST Special Teams Player of the Week, and a 2002 Rose Bowl National Champion. Capshaw scored both a rushing and passing touchdown against Florida State and Syracuse respectively. He is the only FBS punter in modern football history to accomplish this. Currently, Capshaw owns Avaun Tire Supply Inc. in Portland, Oregon where he lives with his family.
