Bobby O'Mullan, M.S. is the Director of 4th Down University Strength and Performance. He shares his story of making a career out of training athletes and what he's learned in the process. After interning with Loyola University, VCU, and Spectrum Sports, Bobby accepted a graduate assistant position at UCF. His assignment was improving the training environment for UCF football's specialists. During this time O'Mullan met Dan Lundy, a kicking/punting coach for several current/former UCF specialists. Since, the two have collaborated on ways to create a personalized training environment, both on the field and in the weight room, and how each must complement the other.
