高坂 正堯（こうさか まさたか、１９３４年（昭和９年）５月８日 – １９９６年（平成８年）５月１５日）は日本の国際政治学者。
２９歳で『現実主義者の平和論』でデビューした高坂正堯は「私は下賀茂に住まう京都人として死にたい」とつぶやき、若くして惜しまれながら世を去った。
この文章を書きながらもはや古典となった感のある高坂正堯の書を含め、やはり古典に親しむべきであるとの想いを強くした。
