After studying nutrition in depth, Anthony wanted to take a step out from the discipline to focus on the role of evolution in health and disease. He strongly believes that an evolutionary perspective can greatly benefit the field of nutrition science. Specifically, Anthony is interested in macronutrient-related diseases such as diabetes and obesity.
