The word "sabotage" originates from the French word "sabot," which means "wooden shoe" or "clog". In the 19th century, French workers, often wearing sabots, would deliberately interfere with machinery by throwing their shoes into the gears to disrupt production and protest their working conditions. This act of disruption came to be known as sabotage. IN this episode we explore self-sabotage in the transfer process and how to avoid it.
