Various reports agree that 80% of New Year's resolutions are never achieved with most of them forgotten about as early as February. I want to challenge instead to set goals and challenge ourselves to be better. Think about life from a new healthy perspective and let's not be afraid to grow into a new area of life that may not be very familiar to us currently.
