During May, the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute is offering locals in the Hunter region access to potentially life-saving heart health check-ups as part of the Heartbeat of Football Health Tour, an initiative made possible through funding from IMB Bank Community Fouindation.
Anastsia Dounas was on the show to talk about the importance of a healthy heart.
