Show Notes

Sulfur is a mineral found primarily in proteins and certain vegetables including garlic, onions, broccoli and several others. Sulfur is also produced endogenously. Excesses in sulfur, in the presence of dysbiosis, can turn that sulfur into hydrogen sulfide gas. As Dr. Jacobi explains in this week’s episode, this combo leads to difficult to resolve SIBO cases.
