This week, Wholeschool Mindfulness Director, Ashley Williams shares a practice to help us check in with our minds, our bodies, our hearts, our energy, and our emotions. Earlier this year, Mindful partnered with WholeSchool Mindfulness to create a series of guided meditations to support young people. With the new school year beginning for many people, we'll be sharing these practices over the next few weeks. However, these practices don't have an age limit. Anyone can benefit from these guided meditations!
