TE: Is Honey Unclean?

According to the dietary instructions found in Leviticus 11, honey may be considered unclean since bees are not clean. A subject of great debate, it's times to dive in and see what we can find out about honey in Scripture. Is it really what we think it is? Is honey unclean?
