Inga is a Master Certified Coach and she works with leaders from all over the world who undergo change, both organizational and individual, and desire to thrive managing remotely and culturally diverse teams. These leaders experience challenges and conflict moving up from managing to executive positions and learn how to be a more courageous and respectful leaders within their environment. During her career, she gained experience as a managing partner, business owner, consultant, and Board member in non-profit organizations, which helps her to bring a hands-on, credible approach to sessions. She has worked in different countries which has expanded her appreciation and understanding of cultural diversity and managing unique groups of people. She currently resides in Mountain View, California. Inga is a part of Forbes Coaches Council and Newsweek Expert Forum where she shares her expertise with those communities through her writing.
