He played in Engine Kid, Brotherhood, currently runs Southern Lord Records and also plays in Sunn 0))) and Goatsnake. In short, he's done a ton of rad stuff within independent music, so I asked him all the questions. We covered the inception of the PNW hardcore scene, commercial success and musical isolation.
