Former Vice-President Joe Biden has been named the president-elect by the mainstream media after Pennsylvania and Nevada declared for him putting him over the magic 270 electoral college votes needed to win. The Trump campaign says it is going to contest the results in a number of swing states where they say voter fraud has negated the results. Should President Trump take the election results to court or should he concede?
