Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is being called a hypocrite for rushing to confirm a Supreme Court nomination to fill Justice Ginsberg's seat when he waited 10 months to fill a seat in 2016 when President Obama was in office. Is it McConnell who is a hypocrite or Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Chick Schumer who all argued for a quick confirmation in 2016? Also does hypocrisy really count when we are facing a constitutional crisis if no clear winner emerges from the General Election in November and the Supreme Court decides who the next president will be?
