The federal Appeals Court says the Boston Marathon Bomber did not get a fair penalty hearing because the jury who gave him the death penalty may have been unduly influenced by media in the city 2 years after the attack that murdered 4 people and maimed hundreds. Is it worth putting the survivors through another nightmarish trial in order to give the domestic terrorist the death penalty again?
