The Supreme Court has ruled on the Texas challenge to changes in voting procedures in the swing states - sort of...No decision was made on the merits but the court did hold in a 9 to 0 ruling that the Lone Star state did not have standing to bring the suit. President Trump say he has standing and will fight on. Should he?
