They are the co-founders of Project Ready, the first non-profit parent to parent support organization in the Asian community, that specifically targets youth around the transition age. Their focus is on advocacy, education, transition and community inclusion. Both Bin and Adella have children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
