<p>The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by Greg Grogan, an active Police Officer, U.S.M.C. Veteran, and current U.S.C.G. Reservist. <br><br>T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of normalizing mental health challenges our community faces on a daily basis. In addition, our podcast enjoys recording episodes with other non-profit organizations that offer support and resources for our community. <br><br>T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists while maintaining confidentiality.
