On this episode Blake explains his daily routine that sets him up for success. Getting up at 3:30 AM and going for a run within 10 minutes of being awake is extremely uncomfortable for Blake. Getting comfortable and pushing yourself on a daily basis to do the hard things is where you're going to see the most growth. Everything these days revolves around quick, easy, least resistance, instant gratification, etc. You won't be motivated 100% of the time, and if you're only taking action when you are it will only happen 2-3 times a week.
