Overcoming Relationship Challenges While Thriving in Business

Just in case you’ve been looking at my life and thinking it’s so easy for me… let’s set the record straight! I’ve been feeling the call, and have been asked to speak more about my relationship with my partner, and the challenges we’ve been through in 7 years of an international long-distance relationship, going through many immigration challenges, health challenges and now the challenges of his career as a medical resident. During a global pandemic (!!!). There has been so much growth for me personally in learning to navigate my own boundaries throughout it all, as someone who has struggled with energetic boundaries, self-care and asking for support a lot in the past. In this week’s episode, I’m spilling the dirt on the very big challenges we have faced and what I learnt that has allowed me to grow my capacity to listen and trust myself even more deeply, and to know how to meet my own needs, no matter how much of a sh*t-show is going on around me.
