Entrepreneurship As a Path for Healing CPTSD

In this week’s podcast episode I’m sharing how my experience of navigating the challenges of CPTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder) has brought so many lessons during my journey as an entrepreneur. I have discovered how often the times that are the messiest emotionally and physically, can simultaneously be the times of great reward creatively and financially, when I discovered how to stop letting the intensity of health challenges become a reason to not hit my goals. I share how I discovered that we get to have down days, weeks, months, AND still hit our goals and receive the things we desire in life. Plus I share how I’ve seen from my own life and my work with clients that our healing and biz journey gets to unfold in a messy-as-hell-feels-like-its-not-working-but-really-it-is-way. I have learned to honor where I’m at in my unique relationship with money, marketing, biz strategy AND my relationship with my true desires in life and business, so that I can allow them to unfold more consistently.
